PRELIMINARY AUDIT / baseline testing

Taking key industry benchmarks as a starting reference, we can design and deliver a comprehensive building 'health check' of baseline conditions. Typically this spans indoor air quality, lighting, acoustics, and drinking water sample analysis, but we work with you to agree scope and approach to suit your needs.

The results can be used to inform future refurbishment or asset management strategies. For any project considering formal third-party certification, we can tailor this to conform with the Performance Verification protocol of the WELL Building Standard™.

For known issues, or areas that flag as suboptimal on preliminary audit work, we can enlist specialists in the relevant areas and complete detailed diagnostic work to fully understand root causes and best options for curative actions.
